Operations Coordinator (Contract)
FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE: Start date May 13th, 2026
Contract Position | Approx. 24 hours per week | $25/hour
Remote (Metro Atlanta–based, including OTP) | Some evenings and weekends required
Position Overview
Dashboard Co-Op Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and project coordination needs of our public art initiatives and organizational operations.
This role works closely with the Project Manager, Director of Special Projects, and Executive Director to ensure projects remain organized, communications are clear, and logistics are executed smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with light project coordination.
This is a contracted, hourly position and does not include salaried benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support across multiple active projects.
Assist in maintaining project timelines, schedules, and internal tracking systems.
Coordinate communications with artists, vendors, partners, and team members.
Support meeting scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up coordination.
Conduct light research and assist in preparing project materials and documents.
Help track budgets and organize financial and project-related documentation.
Assist with event, installation, and program logistics, including occasional on-site support.
Manage general administrative tasks such as email correspondence, file organization, and supply tracking.
Support Metro Atlanta-based operational needs, including site visits, material pick-ups, and inventory coordination.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, and/or project coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general digital tools
Detail-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused
Additional Details
Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week (flexible, based on project needs)
Compensation: $25/hour
Status: Independent Contractor (hourly, not salaried)
Availability: Some evenings and weekends required for installations and public programs (advance notice provided)
Location: This is a remote position; however, applicants must be based in the Metro Atlanta area (including outside the perimeter) to support on-site project needs.
Start Date: Selected candidate will start this position on May 13, 2026.
