We are an experimental creative agency that encourages risk-taking and immersive practice. Our goal is to use artistic disruptions to challenge the status quo and inspire critical thinking. We mediate a nationwide network of like-minded artists, builders, designers, and developers to produce unique projects that engage a broad public.

Since 2010, we have produced 46 exhibitions in 9 US cities, and support and commission a global network of 150 artists. We have received awards and praise from the National Endowment for the Arts, Hyperallergic, Huffington Post, Robert Rauschenberg Foundation, Wish Foundation, Ford Motor Company Fund, Business Insider and Marie Claire, among many others.

Beth Malone is the founding executive director of Dashboard, a curatorial venture that encourages artistic risk-taking and immersive practice. The organization has presented award-winning exhibitions in cities around the nation including Atlanta, New Orleans, New York, and Detroit. Dashboard has been a springboard for the careers of 150 artists.

In 2017, Beth received a TED Residency in NYC. She spent 3 months working out of their offices in Lower Manhattan and gave a TED Talk on their international stage. Beth has been named a Civic Fellow, a program by Sarah Blakely (SPANX) Foundation  and the Center for Civic Innovation that supports female entrepreneurs. She is a graduate of Urban Land Institute’s Center for Leaders (2015) and Arts Leaders of Metro Atlanta (2015), and participated in Ford Motor Company’s National Gathering of Innovators (2015) and Innovate Atlanta. Beth was on the founding steering committee for MARTA's new Art Council, ArtBound. She has sat on Forward Arts' Emerging Artist Committee and American Art Museums' Public Engagement Committee. In 2013, Creative Loafing labeled her a "Person to Watch." The same year, Beth was one of 12 curators selected worldwide to participate in Independent Curators International’s Intensive on time-based media. 

Beth has been a guest lecturer and curator at the University of Georgia, Atlanta Contemporary, Georgia State University, University of Wisconsin-Stout, Perimeter College, Southern Polytechnic, and The Westminster Schools. Beth has been an expert panelist on innovation, curation, land use, public art, art education and community development for the Alliance for Artist Communities, Georgia Institute of Technology, Society for Cinema and Media Studies, Atlanta Regional Commission, Urban Land Institute, Ford Motor Company Fund, Elsewhere, Commercial Real Estate Women, WonderRoot, C4 Atlanta, and others. She recently did a TEDx Talk at TEDxPeachtree. 

With specialization in experiential education and public programming, in 2011, Beth spearheaded the Teen Program at the High Museum of Art, Atlanta. While there, she supported the program's expansion into all areas of the Woodruff Art Center (Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra), and engaged tens of thousands of teens with the Museum's collections and exhibitions. Beth was also responsible for conceiving and producing the wildly popular Teen Nights and College Nights, welcoming upwards of 4,000 attendees per event (6 annually). 

Beth’s short films have screened in Atlanta and New York, and her visual art has been presented throughout the South. Her fiction and nonfiction writing has appeared in international publications including Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Creative Loafing, and The Skinny. Beth DJ's as Neon Hiss with her friend Courtney Hammond. Ok, this only happened once, but it was really good.

She holds a Masters of Letters from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.

Courtney Hammond is a founding partner and the Creative Director of Dashboard U.S., a curatorial venture and artistic agency that encourages risk-taking and immersive practice for artists while offering unparalleled creative experiences to the public. Dashboard has been praised for its revitalization efforts and curatorial vision by Hyperallergic, Marie Claire, WABE, Business Insider, and HGTV; presenting award-winning exhibitions in cities around the nation including Atlanta, New Orleans, New York, Detroit, Kansas City, Orlando, and more. Dashboard has been a springboard for the careers of 150 artists.

With an expertise in large-scale project development, communication, contemporary Public Art, and multi-partner project funding, Courtney has spearheaded the development of multiple non-traditional public art events, projects, and programs across the nation. She consults with businesses of all scales looking to gain a creative edge in their market and has worked with notable international brands such as Puma, Ford, Havas Global, North American Partners, and Bai to develop unique arts driven marketing platforms. 

Courtney has consulted on various multi-city public art initiatives to position arts as an economic driver and communications tool. In 2010, as a consultant, she developed "Elevate" for the Atlanta Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs, the annual 7-day public art and performance celebration in Downtown Atlanta. The Elevate program has since funded over 300 local, national and international artists and has provided access to contemporary art for over one million visitors to date. Courtney also directed the award-winning creative placemaking project, South Broad Murals (2012), now, home to an internationally recognized, artist-driven creative district boasting multiple experimental galleries and music venues. In 2014 Courtney directed the design, vision, and mission of for the Atlanta municipal, Gallery 72 (2014), winning two “best-of” awards in the first year. Her multi-partner projects and developments have included various international consulates, institutions, private entities, and governments. 

Working with some of the world's most progressive and impactful artists in the contemporary field; including Radcliffe Bailey (US), Joanie Lemercier (FR), Alex Brewer (US), Tilt (FR), Carlos Eguiguren (ES), Fahamu Pecou (US), Randy Walker (US), Jason Peters (NY), Venske & Spänle (DE) and Yvonne Domenge (MX), Courtney's projects have received funding and awards for experimental contemporary Public Art by notable organizations such as the Huffington Post, The Guardian, The Public Art Network, The U.S. Conference of Mayors, American Institute of Architects, The National Arts Marketing Conference and the National Endowment for the Arts.  

Courtney is an alum of the LEAD Atlanta Program (2015), a former Creative Loafing person to watch (2015), the artistic advisor for Buckhead Lifestyle Path, AIA Atlanta Bridgescape and former artist in residence at the Scottish Sculpture Workshop in Lumsden Scotland. Her multi-layered projects are as loud as projects get and you'll often find her asking how to either make something (safely) explode or disappear into thin air - for effect. She currently works out of Atlanta, overuses the word bodacious, and continues to present work in various cities across the US.

Marcia Wood has been active in the arts in Atlanta for over thirty years. The gallery is currently operated in two locations, one in Midtown Atlanta (Tuesday - Saturday 12 -5) and the other in Castleberry Hill Atlanta (special projects and by appointment). The gallery has participated in international art fairs since 2004. Marcia Wood has been on numerous boards over the years, she currently is a founding member of Flux Projects. 

Teresa Bramlette Reeves, Ph.D.
Director of Curatorial Affairs, Zuckerman Museum of Art
Previously, Dr. Reeves has been curatorial assistant at the New Museum of Contemporary Art, the Guggenheim Museum and Artists Space. She was the assistant director of The New York Kunsthalle and the gallery director and curator at the Atlanta Contemporary Art Center. Dr. Reeves is also a practicing artist, currently represented by Sandler Hudson Gallery. 

Lena Carstens

Previously, Carstens was the Program Manager for Arts and Education Services with the City of Atlanta Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs; Managing Director, Dad's Garage Theatre; over fifteen years of performing arts management and administrative experience at the Alliance Theatre, Dallas Theatre Center, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, St. Louis Repertory Theatre, Roundabout Theatre Company, and more.

Dirga has acted as Board Chair, Dashboard. Dirga was the Chief Wallkeeper and Public Art Curator, CSX Cabbagetown Wall; Board Chair, Cabbagetown Initiative. Dirga is a lapsed Painter and recovering graphic design professional.
