From June 8 - June 16, 2017, Dashboard and Protect Awesome traveled from Atlanta, GA to Joshua Tree, CA with several Michael Oliveri UFO sculptures in tow. The crew made stops at extra-terrestrial roadside attractions in Roswell, NM; Truth or Consequences, NM; and Phoenix, AZ, dropping small UFO sculptures at each location as they departed.

The UFO Roadshow arrived at its final destination, Joshua Tree, CA on June 16. Michael Oliveri's large-scale UFO sculpture was then installed at its final destination - High Desert Test Sites at Sunfair Dry Lake Bed.

Dash invited L.A. & Joshua Tree to come party alongside the UFO on opening night, June 17. Vibes were provided by Def Sound (LA).

Michael Oliveri is a professor at the University of Georgia Lamar Dodd School of Art where he founded the ArtX program of study, which considers historical developments, critical ideas and current practices related to time-based art, technology and science. He has exhibited his work internationally.
